Social Responsibility

For P'kolino Social Responsibility means engaging on best business practices and embracing our responsibility towards creating a better world for our children. We believe this brings sustained, collective value to our investors, our employees, our customers and society.

As part of these efforts we work hard to make sure our factories and vendors adhere to sound labor practices.

We also make every effort to run our company in an environmentally friendly way. We're working to conserve energy and reduce waste, and are exploring the use of sustainable materials and products. As part of these efforts we are constantly introducing new Eco-friendly products to the marketplace.

Supporting Our Children

P'kolino is a proud sponsor of the Toy Bank a Toy Industry Foundation initiative. Today hundreds of children in need use P'kolino Tables thanks to this effort. In addition, P'kolino and its founders support many local charities and organizations that promote healthy and happy children.

About Jack & Jill Children's Center : Jack & Jill Children’s Center provides children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old and their families a safe, engaging place to grow, learn and thrive. At our Halmos Family Building in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, up to 170 children and their families participate in a holistic approach to family-oriented child care services and family intervention and support. About the Toy Industry Foundation™ : The Toy Industry Foundation focuses its efforts on bringing joy, happiness and comfort to children in need through toys and play. While other organizations provide food, shelter and support services to children and their families, TIF sees to it that these children have toys and opportunities to play in an attempt to restore both fun and a sense of normalcy to their lives. About the Give Wink Drive™ : You can now join us in this great cause, helping children see a better world! For every sale of $100 at Give Wink, WINK will donate a full eye exam and eyeglasses to a child in need. The first Wink Drive took place on November 1st, 2009 in Barranquilla, where 300 children received their first ever complete eye exam and prescription eye glasses.
