How do I return an item?

Damaged Or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please immediately take a digital picture of the item and the shipping box and complete the following form. We will contact you shortly after with next steps.

Change Your Mind?

If you want to return the product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product. Please make sure that the item remains in its original condition and packaging. Returns with the original package will be refunded in the original tender less shipping fees.

Sale Items:

Sale items are sold as-is and are final sales.

Special Order Items:

Some items on the site are marked as "Special Order," "Custom," or "Built to Order." These items are non-returnable.

Return Policy:
Before returning a product you must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number from P'kolino; Requests for RAs must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.  Returns must be sent within 10 days from issuance of RA. Returns without a RA will not be accepted.  Returns of overstock are not accepted.
 
Products returned without the proper RA number on the packing slip are subject to a restocking fee of $35 plus any additional expenses incurred to identify the status of the product and origin.
 
Refused packages must also have an RA number.  Customer will be charged $35, plus shipping expenses, if refused items are received without an RA.
 
If a return is desired due to a change of mind, a $35 restocking fee plus shipping costs will be charged. If a return consists of more than 5 items, $10 will be charged per additional item.
