P'kolino.com only ships within the continental US at this time.

Shipping Policy:
All orders for $200 or more ship free from P'kolino.com. All large furniture products are shipped via freight services on a pallet, flat packed. Additional handling fees may apply. Assembly is required for most furniture items.
Standard/Curbside Delivery:
The delivery truck will park at the curb in front of your home. Arrangements must be made for someone to be onsite for inspection of goods, help take items off truck and bring items indoors without assistance from the freight carrier. At least two capable people are recommended for receiving heavy items such as beds. Liftgate service will be provided for large orders. Items will be on a pallet. Most (but not all) drivers are willing to cut any strapping bands and take the pallet away for you upon request. PLEASE NOTE: Once order is in transit, curbside delivery cannot be upgraded. If the shipment is rejected without authorization from P'kolino Customer Care, the customer is responsible for any and all storage fees and return shipping expenses.
White Glove Delivery: White glove delivery is not included in free shipping. If you are interested in white glove delivery (inside delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging) please contact us so we can quote the services for you. Please email customercare@pkolino.com with the items you would like to order and your address or call 888-403-8992 to speak to a representative.
Return Policy:
In case of damaged parts: P'kolino will replace defective/damaged or missing parts at no additional charge if damage is due to manufacturer defect and if notified of the issue within the warranty period. Please email customercare@pkolino.com with your order number and pictures of defective/damaged part and refer to the manual for missing parts. Please inspect all parts upon receipt.
Damage to furniture due to transit/delivery cannot be claimed if the item is not inspected and damage is not noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Prior to signing for delivery, be sure to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. If there is visible damage to the furniture (some wear to the outer packaging is normal), refuse delivery of the order and contact us. P’kolino will not be able to file a claim with the carrier or assist the customer with replacements if damage is not recorded with the carrier. Take pictures of any damage and report it to P’kolino Customercare (customercare@pkolino.com) as soon as possible. Please include your order number.
Returns: Contact P’kolino within 14 days of receipt for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you are refusing a shipment you will still need a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from pkolino.com. Please contact the retailer in which you made your purchase for their return policy.
Customized items are not eligible for returns/refunds. If there is a problem with your customized crib or dresser please contact us immediately.
Products and packaging that has been opened, assembled or modified in any way are ineligible for return.
For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to P’kolino at their expense within 14 days of return authorization. Item(s) must return ship using the same ship method as order was received (palletized freight or ground). Product must be received in unmarked, undamaged packaging and in original condition. Items and packaging returned opened, incomplete or damaged will incur a restocking fee of 25%. Shipping insurance is strongly encouraged. P’kolino is not responsible for return shipments that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Returns must be shipped with charges pre-paid. Any returns shipped via COD will not be accepted.
Customer will be credited to same account the purchase was originally billed within 14 days of receiving product to our warehouse, less a deduction for the original outbound shipping incurred by P’kolino. Please note that any original upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
