Refund policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been assembled and disassembled are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns - Nursery/Bedroom Furniture and Case Goods:
Contact P’kolino within 14 days of receipt for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you are refusing a shipment you will still need a return authorization number. The item must have been purchased from pkolino.com and the order number is required to process a return.
If the item was purchased elsewhere, contact the retailer for their return policy.
Returns will not be granted if you are outside the 14 day window for furniture and case good items.
Returns - Excluding Nursery/Bedroom Furniture and Case Goods:
If you wish to return an item due to buyer's remorse, does not meet expectations, change of mind, etc. please notify customercare@pkolino.com within 30 days of receipt. The item must have been purchased from pkolino.com and the order number is required to process a return.
If the item was purchased elsewhere, contact the retailer for their return policy.
Returns will not be granted if you are outside the 30 day window.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalized/Customized items are not eligible for returns/refunds. If there is a problem with your customized/personalized item(s) please contact us immediately.
Defective/damaged parts:
P'kolino will replace defective/damaged or missing parts at no additional charge if damage is due to manufacturer defect and if notified of the issue within the warranty period (90 days). Please email customercare@pkolino.com with your order number and pictures of defective/damaged part and refer to the manual for missing parts. Please inspect all parts upon receipt.

Damage to furniture due to transit/delivery cannot be claimed if the item is not inspected and damage is not noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Prior to signing for delivery, be sure to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. If there is visible damage to the furniture (some wear to the outer packaging is normal), refuse delivery of the order and contact us. P’kolino will not be able to file a claim with the carrier or assist the customer with replacements if damage is not recorded with the carrier. Take pictures of any damage and report it to P’kolino Customer Care (customercare@pkolino.com) as soon as possible. Please include your order number.
Final Sale Items: personalized/customized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
If there is nothing wrong with your item and you simply wish to exchange it for another color/style/item please contact customercare@pkolino.com to request a return authorization number and send your item to: Panyu Corp, 7300NW 35th Ave, Miami FL 33147, United States.
Once the item is received and inspected you will be notified. Please allow up to 3 business days for the exchange item to ship. Transit times vary from 3-5 business days.
Returns/exchanges must be shipped with charges pre-paid. Any returns shipped via COD will not be accepted.
All returns and exchanges are required to have a return to vendor authorization number.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will notified of the return.
Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item unless otherwise advised by P'kolino. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any and all shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.
For eligible returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to P’kolino at their expense within 14 days of return authorization. Item(s) must return ship using the same ship method as order was received (palletized freight or small parcel). Product must be received in original condition. Items and packaging returned used, incomplete or damaged are not accepted. Shipping insurance is strongly encouraged. P’kolino is not responsible for return shipments that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a shipping company that provides tracking information.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 to 10 business of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in original condition, items with damaged or missing parts (not due to manufacturer defects), items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Payments and refunds are processed by Panyu Corp dba Kannoa and will not appear as P'kolino on your statement.
